Catching up on being thankful

  I am sorry I never did do any blogging over the weekend.  It was a busy weekend and yesterday I cleaned and laid on the couch...perfect Sunday!
  On to being thankful...
Day 5: November 5th:
  My Friends:
     I am very thankful for the friends that I have.  I really consider them all family!  They allow us to be a part of their children's life and truly treat us like family.  I do not know where I would be without my friends.  Some of us do not see each other as often as we would like, but we still remain the best of friends!  I love all of you very much!! Thank you for everything you do for me and Brent and especially thank you for allowing us to be a part of your family!  Sorry to the guys (or spouses) out there, I kept this kind of feminine :)  I am sure I have more pictures, but these are the ones that were handy at the time.  Somehow I take more pictures of my friends' kids now than I do of my friends and I! :)

 

 

Day 6: November 6

  My Dog: Lucy

  Cheesy, I know, but I love my dog!  I am very thankful for her.  We do not have any kids and let me tell you, this dog is like my kid!  I love her so much!  Although, she is not going to be too happy with us in about two weeks....Lucy will have a sibling, Maggie, a chocolate lab, who was born a few weeks ago and will be ready for us the weekend of Thanksgiving.  Hopefully the adjustment goes well.

Day 7: November 7th

  The weekends

  I am very thankful to have a job that I can be "off" on the weekends.  Although there is lesson planing and buying things for my classroom, I do not have to go into a factory or business and clock in on the weekends.  I am very thankful to spend the weekends cleaning, catching up, etc.  Although these past few weekends have been so busy and I don't think we slow down until after Christmas, but I am not complaining!
