Happy Teacher Appreciation Week

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week!  Being a teacher is the most rewarding job.  There are good things and bad things, but that is with any job you have.  If you are having a bad day a child can brighten your day in an instant!  I just want to wish every teacher out there an amazing teacher appreciation week and thank you for all that you do!

 This is a picture of a few of my kids and what they made for me.  Yesterday they had library and were able to make a teddy bear for their teacher.  I received 20 teddy bears yesterday that said, "You are the best teacher!"  What a great feeling.  I asked them why they made/colored a teddy bear for me and they told me, "You do everything for us."  I love these kids!

This quote hits the nail on the head!  I have to admit I am one of those "firm" teachers.  I live by structure and organization, but I like to have fun too!  It is a wonderful feeling to watch a child learn something new and grow throughout the school year.  I can't think of another job that would suite me better....well maybe a personal shopper or home staging. :)
